By accessing or using SCUM Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SCUM Dashboard is a software application designed to assist server administrators in managing SCUM game servers. The Service provides tools for item spawning, vehicle management, horde generation, and other administrative functions.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SCUM Dashboard for its intended purpose.

• The license is bound to specific hardware as identified during activation
• One license permits use on one device at a time
• You may transfer your license to another device by deactivating it on the original device
• Commercial use requires appropriate licensing tier

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to SCUM Dashboard requires an active subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

• Contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase
• Provide your account email and reason for refund request
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share or resell your license with others
• Use unauthorized modifications or "cracks"
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

8. Game Server Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own SCUM game server
• SCUM Dashboard is a third-party tool not affiliated with Gamepires or SCUM
• Use of admin tools may affect game balance and player experience
• You should comply with SCUM's Terms of Service and server hosting agreements

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates or repairs
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts for Terms violations

10. Updates and Modifications

SCUM Dashboard receives regular updates to:

• Maintain compatibility with SCUM game updates
• Add new features and improvements
• Fix bugs and security issues
• Improve performance and stability

You agree to install updates to continue using the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SCUM Dashboard are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

12. Data Collection and Privacy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVER DAMAGE.

15. Indemnification

• Request account deletion

Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease using the Service.
